I am a ROCK...

I am a ROCK...

Like the IGNEOUS, volcanic to the core
Solidified by the deep-rooted truth of love
Granitized edges molded by impressionable people, surroundings, nature

Like the METAMORPHIC, overshadows of pressure
Hammer me to the Wisconsin soil, altering the crystalline luster
My path permeated by the ticking time, unspoken piercing expectations

Like the SEDIMENTARY, leisurely layering lessons of my existence
Situational sources erode my system, rearranging my mind
Fossilizing fears, strengthening my sole, conglomeration of past imperfection

Presently in search of a ripple-riding road.

Welcome

This blog is my memoir and collection of my educational experiences at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. As a student of all those around me, it is my hope that this field blog will serve as a model, guide, and inspiration to others interested in education. My blog seeks to capture the essence of my experiences in teaching and learning in the field.

Thoreau

"Nature will bear the closest inspection. She invites us to lay our eye level with her smallest leaf, and take an insect view of its plain."
